These Terms and Conditions, together with any other written information we have provided to you provided during the confirmation process of your reservation, are applied to your reservation made with Soloboleto.

We could book you a vacation package, in which case you would have a single agreement with the principal, or we could book the services that make up your trip with several Principals or suppliers, in which case you would have different agreements with each of them.

As representatives, we do not assume responsibility for the actions or omissions of the principal(s) or provider(s) or for the services offered by them. RESERVATIONS Passengers must ensure that all names and times are accurate according to their passports and that the hotel itinerary is correct. I may not know allow changes after tickets are provided and alterations may incur additional charges.

CANCELLATION and MODIFICATION The written request for cancellation or modification must be be sent by you and will not take effect until we receive it. By canceling or modifying your reservation, the principal or supplier may charge the cancellation or modification fee according to their Terms and Conditions (which can sometimes be 100% of the total cost).

If you want to change anything other than expanding the number of people in your group/reservation, you must pay a modification fee of USD 50.00 per reservation, including the hotel/provider charges (if any). From time to time, we are required to collect additional taxes. You will be informed of any additional taxes prior to the ticket issuance/reissue.

Neither Soloboleto nor its principal or provider will be responsible for the cancellation, boarding late and no refunds will be provided.

DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS All documents (for example, invoices, tickets, policies insurance) that need to be mailed will be mailed to you. Once documents are sent to you, Soloboleto will not accept any responsibility to unless the loss of documents is caused by our negligence.
